The purpose is to use your existing Odoo records and processes. We first check the installed version, hosting, modules, customisations and available interfaces. If you are moving from Sage or another system, migration and reconciliation are scoped through the Odoo implementation service. An AI feature does not itself require replacing the ERP.

The implementation includes permission checks, approval gates where needed, duplicate prevention and action records. The integration method and authentication are selected for the actual Odoo installation rather than assumed from its name.
