Odoo AI document processing is a machine learning pipeline that receives supplier invoices, purchase orders and contracts by email or file upload, extracts structured data fields using optical character recognition and language model extraction, and automatically matches and creates or updates Odoo records without manual data entry. The pipeline reads vendor name, invoice number, line items, amounts, tax codes and payment terms from incoming documents. Extracted data is matched against existing Odoo vendors, products and purchase orders before creating new accounting entries or flagging unmatched items for human review. Processing time per invoice drops from an average of twelve minutes of manual entry to under ninety seconds including the automated matching step. Error rates from manual entry, typically two to five per cent, fall to under half a per cent after the first four weeks of operation as the model calibrates to each client's document formats.
