Private AI is an AI assistant that works on your own information without sending it to public AI services. With Softomate Private it runs on-premise, within your own walls or aboard, or on a private UK server used by you alone, and your information is never used to train anyone else's AI.
IIWhat is sovereign AI?
Sovereign AI usually describes a nation keeping its AI under its own control. For a principal, a family office or a private group it means the same thing at a private scale: your own equipment, your own information and your own keys, on-premise or on a British server held for you alone. Kept on-premise, no outside provider can read it, change its terms or switch it off.
IIIWhat does on-premise AI mean?
The AI runs on equipment installed in your own residence, office or headquarters, or aboard your yacht, not in someone else's cloud. Your information stays where it is, the system can run with no connection to the outside world at all, and you own the equipment outright.
IVWho is Softomate Private for?
Principals and their families, single and multi-family offices, and privately held groups whose affairs and movements would interest others: holdings, transactions, succession, residences, yachts and travel. It is offered by introduction to a small number of clients at a time. It is not a low-cost AI subscription.
VCan it work aboard a yacht, or while we travel?
Yes. A compact system can be installed aboard with your captain and the yacht's technical team, so it works at sea with no satellite link at all. While you travel, it can be reached securely from your own devices, or left entirely offline.
VIWe are not technical. Will this change how we work?
No. It works quietly through the email, diary and documents you already use. Everything is set up for you, explained in plain English, and everyone who will use it is shown patiently how.
VIIWhy not simply use ChatGPT, Copilot or an enterprise AI plan?
Those services can be set up safely, and business accounts are fine for everyday matters. They still run on someone else's servers, under someone else's terms and, in many cases, another country's laws. Softomate Private keeps your most sensitive affairs within your own walls, aboard, or on a private UK server used by you alone, with rules your people follow and one person accountable.
VIIIWhere exactly is our information kept?
Within your own residence, office or headquarters, aboard your yacht, on a private server in a British data centre, or with a business AI service under a contract that forbids any use of your information to train it. You choose, and where everything sits is recorded for you in writing.
IXCan it work alongside our own IT and security teams?
Yes. Your IT and security people can be involved from the first conversation, the design is documented for them, and access is agreed with them. Softomate Private sits inside your own security arrangements rather than replacing them.
XWill our staff and crew see everything?
No. Each person has their own access, limited to what they need. A house manager sees the household, a captain sees the yacht, and neither sees the family's accounts. When someone leaves your service, their access ends that day.
XIHow are we protected from impersonation and fraud?
Voices, faces and letters can now be imitated convincingly. Simple rules are agreed with you, your family and your office: no payment or change of bank details is acted on from a call, video, voice note or email alone, instructions are confirmed on a number you already hold or with a private code word, and your AI can never move money itself. These are working rules, not a cyber security service.
XIICan our family office, counsel or advisers be involved?
Yes, and they often make the introduction. Your family office, legal counsel, private bankers and IT advisers can be involved from the first conversation, under the same non-disclosure agreement.
XIIIWho will we deal with?
The founder, Deen Dayal Yadav, from the first conversation to handover and beyond. The engineers and hardware partners involved work under the same agreement.
XIVWhat if Softomate no longer exists one day?
Nothing is lost. You own the equipment, the information and the keys, and everything is documented at handover so that another firm, or your own IT team, can look after it.
XVCan we end it completely if we change our minds?
Yes. The equipment and the information are already yours. On request, everything is either removed completely or handed to your own IT team with full documentation, and our access ends the same day.
XVIHow much does it cost?
Every engagement is scoped privately, so fees are agreed in writing after the first conversation, which carries no cost and no obligation. Equipment is supplied through hardware partners, quoted separately and owned by you.

Principals and their offices come to us because they would rather not explain themselves twice. You will deal with me, from the first conversation to the day everything is handed over, and nothing I learn about you, your family or your companies is ever discussed elsewhere.
